• Cat in the Bowl strives to provide accurate descriptions and high quality clothing. However due to your monitor settings and our camera lighting, the true colors of the products might differ.
• All clothing measurements shown are measured with clothes laid flat.
• All accessories shown together with our products in the pictures are not included in the purchase, unless stated otherwise.
• If you have any problems with your order, please let us know as soon as possible! We will do everything in our power to make it right. Any reports of problems with an order shipped more than 7 days ago will not be entertained. All purchase returns for a refund or credit must be within 7 days in new, resalable condition.

General

• We ship within Malaysia and worldwide.
• We charge actual shipping costs rounded down to nearest RM (Malaysian Ringgit) per shipment. We do not make profit from postage charges.
• We ship via the Malaysian Pos Service. We do not use any other service at the moment.
• Malaysia Pos Service does not deliver to PO Boxes. Feel free to use any other address except PO Boxes. Exception is for addresses in East of Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak).
• We provide next day shipping except on Saturday, eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays.
• Once your order has shipped, a Shipping Confirmation email, with tracking information if applicable, will be sent.
• Any order, domestic or international, totaling over RM250 will not be allowed to ship via an uninsured method.
• We accept C.O.D. orders at certain locations in Klang Valley. Refer to payment method section below.
• We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcel. We cannot control the behavior of other humans at any circumstances.
• We cannot be held responsible if customers accidently provide the wrong shipping address.
• We will file claims for those that are insured.
• Any duties and taxes for international shipments are at the cost of the customer. Cat in the Bowl is not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.

Domestic

• Pos Laju:
  • With tracking number but not insured.
  • Requires sign off and hence requires someone at the recipient end to be available during time of delivery.
  • Not day guaranteed, but averages 2-3 business days.
• Pos Express:
  • With tracking number but not insured.
  • Does not requires any sign off. Very useful if there’s no one at home and the postman can just drop the parcel in your mail box.
  • Next day delivery for destination listed in Zone 1. Zone 2, 3, and 4 might take 3-5 days. Please refer to Pos Malaysia for complete listing of zones delivery time.
  • For 1 item per shipment only.
• Cash on Delivery (COD):
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) service is only available at certain hot spots in Klang Valley at no extra cost (NO MORE REQUEST ON OTHER COD PLACES, WE JUST CAN'T COPE. REQUEST WILL BE IGNORED.):
  • Damansara Perdana (in front of Cat’s Whisker/Public Mutual Bank), from 10 am to 4 pm (+GMT8 time) on weekdays.
  • Setia Alam, Shah Alam from 6 pm to 10 pm on weekdays and from 12 pm to 10 pm (+GMT8 time) on weekends.
  • Bukit Raja, Klang from 6 pm to 10 pm on weekdays and from 12 pm to 10 pm (+GMT8 time) on weekends.
  • Please allow 1 day time frame for COD arrangement.

International

• We currently only ship to Australia, Germany, Singapore, United Kingdom, and United States. If your country is not listed here, drop us an email, we'll try to work something out for you.
• At the moment we only offer 1 options:
  • Malaysian Express Mail Service (EMS):
    • Usually 5-10 days.
    • With tracking number but not insured.
    • Delivery is made by the destination country's postal service.
    • Shipping cost is shown during the checkout process.

• All customer information is considered private and confidential.
• We do not sell any customer information like emails and address. We hate spam mails as much as you do.
• All payment through bank transfer is being done on respective bank online facilities and not on Cat in the Bowl website.
• All payment through PayPal is being done on secured PayPal website itself and not on the Cat in the Bowl website.

•      1. Pending - This indicates we've received your order.
•      2. Processing - This indicates we’ve received your payment or COD time and location confirmed.
•      3. Shipped - This indicate that your purchase has been shipped out and corresponding tracking information will be provided.
•      4. Cancelled - This indicate that your order has been cancelled by the system.

• Bank Transfer - Only available for domestic orders through ATM or online transfer to our Maybank or Public Bank account. Once payment is made, drop us an email so that we can arrange for posting ASAP. Please note that interbank transactions will take at least 2-3 working days to be processed by the respective banks.
• PayPal - United States Dollar (USD), Singapore Dollar (SGD) and Australian Dollar (AUD) funds only. If you wish you make payment via PayPal, please ensure the currency selected are either one of the three currencies listed above before checkout.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) – Only available in Klang Valley. Available COD hot spots will be shown during the checkout process.
